JOEO Spray Test Chambers

 Features：

• The JOEO spray test chambers consists of a test bench, water storage tank, control box, product dehydration buffer, turntable, and spray system.
• The stainless steel water pump in the right control box places the water tank at the bottom of the water tank and pressurizes it, then sends it to the nozzle of the side spray device. The nozzle sprays the sample on the rotary table and then scatters inside the water tank, forming a water circulation system.
• The pump outlet is designed with control components such as flow meters and pressure gauges. The inner box is equipped with a waterproof dial speed controlled by a panel
• The shell of the JOEO rain spray test chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel short hair plate, and the studio part is made of high-quality SUS304 # stainless steel plate.  Water spray chamber consists of the main body, transmission mechanism, and electrical components. Main configuration: water pump, flow meter, reducer motor.

Precautions:

• The rain water chamber operates for a long time. If the water spray hole is blocked, the pipeline must be removed and rinsed with tap water before assembly.
• After the rain testing equipment is in place, the support frame should be supported to prevent the casters from shifting due to vibration during the test.
• The transmission mechanism must be refueled regularly, and the gearbox must be cleaned with 20 # engine oil.
• If abnormal sounds are heard during operation, please stop the machine for inspection and restart it to avoid affecting the service life of the equipment.
