Drying Walk In Environmental Chamber structure
Interior material: SUS # 304 stainless steel plate (1.5 mm thickness ).
Exterior material: cold rolled steel, galvanized anti-rust treatment with advanced resin paint coating.
Insulation material: German Bayer fire-resistant high-strength PU polyurethane foam insulation material +ultra-fine glass fiber.
Heat preservation material: imported rigid rock wool rock wool (CSR 120 k).
In addition, in order to prevent glass frosting when running low temperature, we setup a heating wire inside to get it de-frosting.
Both sides of chamber are equipped with a test cable port with diameter 100mm, the silicon plug is with high low temperature resistance.
Heater: Fin type radiator pipe shaped stainless steel electric heater.

JOEO walk in test chamber reduction of humidity in production facilities is the key to long-lasting and powerful lithium-ion batteries. Dry Rooms with dehumidifier system air in battery cell production to a residual water content of up to 0.001 grams per kilogram of air. This corresponds to a dew point of -70 degrees Celsius. To keep the production climate constant under all conditions, the battery cell production chambers are hermetically sealed off from the outside climate. JOEO Dry walk in environmental chamber first cool down the ambient air in the production area, whereby a large part of the moisture condenses. Second, specially coated drying wheels remove the residual moisture until the desired value is reached. To keep the climate in the drying chamber system constant under all conditions, the system generates a slight overpressure.
CO2 Protection System
The system is equipped with a control unit, an alarm panel, an emergency button,a thermostat with dedicated temperature probe and a system with a CO2 fire extinguishing system;
The CO2 system is activated by exceeding a temperature threshold (settable by the user) measured by a dedicated PT100 or by exceeding the CO2 threshold inside the chamber;
The detection system, provided with its own power supply, activates the CO2 in the chamber;
Fire suppression systems inert atmosphere uses N2 or CO2 to eliminate Oxygen.
